surely it would depend on who 'employs' the carer/pa/enabler? If
University's were to provide training for carer/pa/enablers regardless
of who employed them then there would also by an onus on institutions to
have systems in place to regualarly check and review practises and
become involved in student/carer disputes etc which is
unrealistic. Institutions should perhaps give some guidance to students
as to who could provide training or at least what should be involved in
training.?????
