I would agree with you 110% for what it is worth. TheLEA seems to be
very "picky".

An LEA is querying a recommendation made for DSA to fund an ergonomic
chair
for use by a student in her room in Halls on the grounds that computer
furniture can only be funded by the DSA for the student's 'residence'
(Chapter 7, B47). I would interpret that Halls would be the student's
residence in term time - Am I wrong?
I'd appreciate comments, please.
