process sensitive personal data in this way?
Or is it done with the 'explicit consent' of the sick employee?
There is merit in letting e-mail correspondents know if someone is not
available for a while but the auto reply only needs to say "Bert is away
from the office for a few days and will reply on his return. Please refer
any urgent matters to Ernie".
