Dear All
Any views on yesterday's HOff announcement concerning government access under RIPA: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/3104054.stm Automatic access to be restricted to about 8 new agencies, with 500 other bodies having more limited access.
A "snooper's charter" (Liberty), or merely "putting existing practices on a statutory footing" (Home Office)?
