I've made two requests for assessments in the last couple of months. The
first was acknowledged within a couple of weeks, but the second hasn't
been acknowledged at all (I'm assuming it was this way around, as
the acknowledgement didn't give any details to say which they were
acknowledging! I guess they don't expect people to have multiple
assessments going at once!)
They told me on the phone that I would have a full response (including
the data that was being withheld, asuming it wsa decided that it should
be provided) within 4-6 weeks of submitting the assessment (start of
September).
I also sent them an email to say that the Assessment form available to
download via their website is out of date (the one they sent me in the
post is quite different), but I got no reply to that, and the form is
still the old one.
