Although the press could rely on the 'special purposes' provisions,
I'm not sure they need to.
Under the Civil Procedure Rules, the claim and the judgment must be
made available for inspection and copying by any person. They are
therefore exempt from the non-disclosure provisions under s 34 and s
35(1).
