As those of you following the discussions on DSA assessments will be aware.
Assessors currently not attached to a centre - this mainly means non-NFAC
assessors will be encouraged to register with a centre from the end of this
academic year. Eventually all assessors will need to be licensed by an assessment
centre.
Myself and Karen Ball are compiling a list of centres and it could be helpful
to have a list of assessors so that we can put peoople in touch.
I would therefore be grateful if anyone who has conducted more than 25 DSA
assessments in the past 12 months would forward contact details to me at
[log in to unmask] - please do not reply to the list.
This might include disability officers that do not have an existing
arrangement with a nearby assessment (ACCESS) centre.
To clarify, there is no need for you to send your details if you are employed
at an ACCESS Centre or any other centre that will meet the new criteria for
becoming a centre.
Please don't send me a CV just contact details at this stage.
