Hello Ken
I'm not sure if you're referring to Hentermath's Virtual Pencil or if
there's something else out there.
Virtual Pencil is designed for those who are pencil impaired, i.e. someone
who is unable to use a pencil. It can be used to interactively solve a maths
problem and can be used with a screen reader or Braille display. It can
deal with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals with
future versions handling algebra, trigonometry, differential equations, and
calculus. Further details and a free demo are available from
www.HenterMath.com.
Best Regards
