James. We haven't at UKC but it may be interesting to know that while the
main exams are administered centrally the departmental exams are not. My
view is that the centralisation the continuing assessment service can be a
way forward, as departments do not have control of space nor resources for
the provision of exam alterations, support assistants, invigilators, etc,
etc.I have seen some universities advertising for disability officer placed
on exam offices, and this may me think that that is the way things are
