Decapitate Pooh? Unthinkable! Often a variety of pen barrel sizes helps,
there is some 'tubing' sold through Nottingham Rehab I believe which can be
fitted over existing pens too. Obviously reducing the activity which lead to
the RSI would help enormously. Been there, done that and it works! Chris

A nice fat pen can often help. For a quick solution try a toy shop, like
Galts Toys. Child ofen need pen grips and fat foam coverred pens are often
sold, (although you may want to take the Wini the Poos head off it first.
The best pen specifically made for the job that I've come across is
the Ring Pen. http://www.ringpen.com
Now available in this country. I believe Nottingham Rehab sell it 01530
