Yes, we in the Specialised Learning Resource Unit at the University of Central Lancashire provide an 'alternative format production service' ....e.g. Braille, Large print, tactile diagrams, recording onto audiotape/CD, recording BSL onto video etc.

What type of alternative format
and
any benchmark figures that are available would be welcome
