It is a tricky one. A prospectus in Braille is likely to be a hefty
document. Perhaps you could ask the applicant which courses
they are interested in and send them an edited copy. I heard from
someone in the visually imparied business that their are only some
1000 Braille users in the UK, don't know if it's accurate, but if it is
close or even double that figure perhaps getting all our information
Brailled, just in case, is not necessarily money well spent.
Perhaps overseas applicants will be the people who are most
interested in Braille these days, given that access to IT in many
developing countries is not easy. Which also begs the question,
would the information supplied on disc be of any use to someone in
a rural village in the Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Kenya, etc.
