In a recent article written by Bert Massie, Chairman of the DRC, he used the
terms, disabled people and disabled students and then in another sentence
'people with disabilities'.

Subject: Nomenclature
What is the current favoured phrase, "people with disabilities" or "disabled
people". I favour the former, but fashions change and word is (from people
who may or may not know of what they
speak) that the latter is currently in vogue. What are we using out there?
