Dear Emma - in Bristol we are in the process of writing some guidelines
for academic staff to point out the need to let the library know when
material in alternative formats are required. We will be pointing out
that the cost of this provision will come from the departmental book
fund as it would for an "normal" print copy.
best wishes
Heather
