Hello There. In my opinion the idea may easily be used to equate diability
with underperformance and that should not be the point of DSA funding. If
a partcular student does not underachieve without support, it is illegal to
not to support that student for her/his right to achieve even better.
The perception that a disabled is the village idiot is still at the very
inside of perception, attitudes and even policies in organisations. Current
