Hello Mark. I have been in this process for quite a bit, only to realise
that I have also been developing procedures and policies to fit the manual!
You may agree that the 'reaonable adjustment' and the 'auxiliary aids and
services' of SENDA have mainly impacted on the Disability Officer's role and
not in HEIs really. I am very happy to both discuss and share it (it needs
updating) Perhaps we could create a standard model and place it on the Nado
