Hi
I'm with Gillian on this one. Students can, and do, cite lecturers'
words of wisdom in written assignments - thereby taking content from the
lecture for dissemination. I suspect that where lecturers are reluctant
to allow recording, the reason has little to do with intellectual
property rights and more to do with a lack of confidence in their own
performance.
