There's always Graeae a nationally touring company:

raeae.htm
I went to see this production which is the closest I have ever seen to
fully inclusive theatre, stage text, parts of it in sign language and
audio described all as part of the artistic process, not a 'bolt on'
adjustment.
They are excellent.

A friend of mine visited this group and found their work very
interesting. http://www.orpheus.org.uk/ I am sure they would know of
anything going on regarding disability and drama.
Or someone from this site might be helpful

If you draw a blank in South London, try the Chicken Shed Theatre
Company in N14 - Tel: 020 8351 6161.
They might even know of similar groups in the South.
