We have had this problem as well and have simply written to the Access
centres and asked them to provide these and they have done this with no
problems at all - (I think the LEA in question is one we both deal with
a lot). It would be easier if the access centres were aware of this and
dealt with it rather than the student having to wait for the LEA to
contact the institution and the institution to contact the access
centres etc,
