Maybe we should sponsor a dis-forum cat burglar to go hunting out those
people who are 'out of office' :-) that'll stop 'em advertising their
holidays.
A simple way to resolve this is for you to set up an email filter that
looks for the phrase "I will be away" (etc) in the message and
automatically moves it into a folder called e.g. 'potential out of office
replies'. (Tools - Message Rules in Outlook Express.)
Maybe Paul could post a rules/commands summary e.g monthly. It'd be much
less annoying to deal with than with these and those suspend attempts.
Note- one useful thing about Out of Office Replies is that it tells us
all who's decided to take leave around the time the A level results come
out....!
