My apologies, I should have read all incoming e-mails prior to sending mine.
I have just received an e-mail in response to my third sending to the ICO's
office, it did not disappear in the ether after all. Not a bad response
time either.
It looks like the e-mail difficulties may be resolved, unless of course they
are intermittent.
