In an ideal world all buildings would be easily accessible, so too emergency
egress. They aren't. So my individual safety plan is to make sure I know how
to get out, or which bits in which I will be (comparatively) safe. Is this a
responsibility I own to myself, or is it the impositon of a 'medical model'?
