Hi
I know this has been said before, but it's amazing that LEAs seem to
have discretion over 'general principles' - such as whether out of
semester support should be funded. I can see sense in LEAs taking
ownership of decisions in complex individual cases - but surely there is
some clause in the LEA's guidelines that defines 'on course'?
