Hello James. I gather a way to solve this problem is to undertake the care
and educational assessment of needs on campus on the same day, and let them
agree what they can agree to fund for what. You can also challange Soical
Serivdce decition on Ultravires grounds if the case is obvious that the
student needs care support.
Regarding SENDA, what it is a bit unclear is what Auxiliary aids and Service
really means in this context. Any ideas?
