I think I may have said this before, but the technical answer is to use
role-based accounts on your business systems in preference to person-based
accounts. In other words you logon as, say, AdminAsst24 and your email
address is AdminDept@...
Back this up with a clear policy statements to the effect that: (i) your
employer provides you with access to an account during working hours so that
you may access email and web browsing for business use only; and (ii) a
separate shared account is available for all staff that may, providing that
any such usage is not detrimental to the performance of the person's duties,
be used for incidental personal use during business hours.
