Okay. For starters: assuming you've read the report (it's long, so
maybe this needs time), does the PIU fulfil the remit to improve
data-sharing as well as protect privacy? If not, why not, and what
would you suggest? Have the press so far been fair or unfair?
More specific issues could be taken up in this list when more people
have had time to consider the report.
