It may be worth looking at the articles of the organisation or, if the "club"
is an extension of the school, the rules of the governing body. It may well
be that the minutes are open to everyone and the issue then comes down to how
the minutes are recorded - ie whether they should be (have been) anonymised.
Council minutes are available to the public (certain information is exempt)
so generally speaking, people are not named.
If the data do not belong to the school, ie the club is a data controller in
its own right, the rights of the data subject are as described by other
people on this thread. Do not forget to consider whether it is reasonable to
disclose even without consent, say on the basis that "everyone knows who said
what anyway."
