Hi
Bridging the gap
http://www.dfes.gov.uk/studentsupport/uploads/Bridging-the-gap-WEB-2002.doc
says the following:
'If you are dyslexic, your LEA (or OU) needs evidence of your dyslexia from:
.a qualified psychologist experienced in working with dyslexic adults;
or
.someone with a qualification from a professional training course
involving assessing adults with dyslexia, such as an OCR Diploma in
Specific Learning Difficulties.'
There's no reference to BPS recognition and I suggest that Norfolk
psychologists are being a little economical with the facts here.
Vested interest?
Regards
Peter Hill
