Subject: Fire alarms for deaf people
We're keen to find the best supplier of a system for alerting hearing
impaired people to the
fire alarm. (A transmitter linked to the fire alarm system activating
vibrating pagers).
There has been correspondence on disforum about this in previous years,
but we wondered if
anyone had had any recent experience which may help form our decision.
We would be grateful
for any advice on a system with a range that would cover a densely built
up campus as
well as being compatible to a Gents 3400 fire alarm system.
With thanks
Barbara
