I don't want to seem negative, but after reading this, personally I'd
avoid doing anything that might stop this bill going through as it's been
such a long campaign to get things sorted out for blind and partially
sighted readers. As she says "The Joint Industry Guidelines are not being
replaced by this Bill." so maybe it's better to carry on working with the
CLA and others on extending these first? Has anyone trawled through the
DDA to see if there's anything in there that might already be useful?
