Dear Allison Jones, (and all)
You may find it useful to refer to the TechDis Accessibility and Usability
resource which can be found at
http://www.techdis.ac.uk/seven
The following point may be of particular interest due to its advice on
multi-language pages.
http://www.techdis.ac.uk/seven/precept5_i.html
-Additionally-
Due to your need for a bilingual page I would advise that you "mark-up" each
separate paragraph with the LANG attribute. Also specify the pages natural
language as the primary language used. Which appears to be English in the
example site, as the titles are given first in English.
Hope this helps!
