Dyslexia Support Officer for Nursing Students

£14,943 to £17,237 p.a. (part-time 21 hours per week)
We seek an enthusiastic individual with experience in the field of
adult dyslexia support to join our rapidly expanding and energetic
Learning Support Team.
The postholder will work closely with the Learning Support Manager and
will play an active part in dyslexia support and tutor training. Some
support of disabled students may also be necessary.
Applicants should be educated to degree or equivalent level,
preferably hold a recognised qualification in dyslexia training and
have a good knowledge of the broad spectrum of Specific Learning
Difficulties. Current knowledge of post-compulsory education,
excellent communication skills and good IT skills, together with the
ability to work effectively in a team are also essential.
