Unfortunately you will have to get Dragon Naturally speaking 6, the ability to
export users is a feature new to version 6 (according to the web page, and
experience of emails to dragon [when it was dragon] unless of course if some
one else knows different).
When you start up version 6, and choose the user, in manage user, you get the
added option to either export or import a user.
So purchase and install copies of version 6 for your source and destination.
update your user files to version 6 and export the updated user files to the new
system.
