Unfortunately the use of a screen glare guard may not always solve the
problem and it may be the overhead lighting and/or use of a screen with a
low refresh rate - rare these days. AbilityNet have a fact sheet on Epilepsy
and VDUs -
http://www.abilitynet.co.uk/content/factsheets/pdfs/Epilepsy%20and%20Working
%20with%20VDUs.pdf
The British epilepsy also have a page on the subject

Subject: Students with epilepsy
Dear All,
Could anyone out there suggest a website or a company where we could
purchase equipment such as glare screens, etc, specifically for students
with epilepsy??
Thank you
