Ouch... good point but the RNIB do not appear to have anything on their site
and The Regional Transcription Centre at APU or the National Tactile Centre
have no web based documents on the subject so maybe there is a gap in the
market....hopefully someone will come up with the definitive web based guide
we can link to! :>))

I should emphasise that the link you gave is an excellent overall guide,
but it should be borne in mind that most of its Braille formatting
references are to BANA standards (Braille Authority of North America)
and not BAUK. (Braille Authority of the U.K.)
