I was going to email the Daily Mail reporter that did
the article I saw in the press this week - will try
and let you know if I find anything out.
I have spoken to a solicitor about it though and there
is a 3 year cut off from date of diagnosis or their
18th birthday. However there may also be some
loopholes in the system.
