Dear All,
We have had a final year student with chronic fatigue who wishes to
extend her final year over two years with half of the modules this
year and the other half next year. It is complicated by the fact that
she is already repeating her final year with discretionary fees. Have
other institutions found the fees were a problem in similar cases?
The staff involved are willing to help with it in any way possible
but myself and a colleague think we read something somewhere re LEA's
allowing final years to be stretched for disabled students. If anyone
also has a ref for this we would be grateful.
I know this was a topic a while ago but I wonder if anyone has come
up against it recently,
Many thanks,
