Hi,
Firstly, I am using the latest revision of Jaws, version 4.5. This
was released IIRC in September, and is a full upgrade (i.e, you have
to pay for it or it counts as part of the service aggreement). I
don't think there is a new version out soon, they usually release a
minor patch with some basic new features in around late January/early
February, then maybe another one in April, then release the new
version in September.
As for its new Internet features, these are certainly very worthwhile,
of particular interest are the navigation keys and the Macromedia
flash support. However, as I said, I can't get either Jaws or the
demo copy of Windoweyes screen readers to navigate through these mouse
driven menus on the web pages.
This has been cc'd to the list for general interest.
Andrew.
