Upon doing some 'net research', I came across this relatively new video
from WebAim. Go to http://www.webaim.org/info/asdvideo/. Dr. Cyndia
Rowlands the Director of WebAim gives an introduction to some web
accessibility issues followed by a mixture of cartoon imagery to explain
concepts and has students with disabilities talking about the difficulties
they have with badly designed web materials. It's 11.5 minutes long, can
be viewed in a number of of different formats and has a transcript.
I thought some of you may find it very useful to utilise as part of your
Institution's training materials on web accessibility or you may feel that
it would be useful to signpost it to your ICT department.
Regards.
