You might try researching http://www.madentec.com/
I saw something that may be applicable at a US exhibition but can't remember
the details. The company is called Madentec but were formerly known as
Madenta.

Subject: spelling assistance software and assessments for person with SP
Hi all:
I've be contacted by someone who has a client with SP who uses a headstick
for input, he's a reasonably proficient typist but because of missing out on
a lot of schooling has trouble with his spelling. Does anyone know of any
software that could either correct his spelling, or help him to learn to
spell better? He is not a FE or HE student so there is very limited funds
available for assessment.
Thanks
p.s. voice input isn't an option either.
