I have had a SAR from the husband of an employee who has an harassment
claim being innvestigated. He is mentioned in one document as he visited
her place of work and got involved one day. The manual records he is
mentioned in are structured in so much as you can find it in his wife's
name, but except for knowledge of the case you would not know where to look
for anything relating to him.
As this case is on-going we do not want to disclose. Do we tell hime there
is nothing about him or tell him the file isn't structured so outside the
DP Act ?
His wife has been given copies of all the documents during the
investigation, so in theory he has seen them all anyway.
