hi
I posted a question last week but didn't receive any responses - it may
be that people didn't feel it was a DP issue, or maybe everyone was on
holiday - however, I'm giving it another go.
Essentially, where very young children are concerned, do
parents/guardians have the legal right to decide what information about
their children, if any, can be made public?
Someone is querying the 'right' of a member of the University to put up
a variety of information about their 'new arrival' on their personal web
pages (hosted on a University server), claiming that doing so infinges
on the rights of the child.
regards
Martin
