Has there been any progress on this issue? The information I have in front of
me (from the OIC) is that public authorities may charge a fee for FOI
requests, "which will have to calculated according to Fees Regulations".
Have any such regs been published? If so, what are the likely fees for FOI
requests?
Finally, does anyone know if the OIC's webpage has changed its URL? I cannot
seem to access it at dataprotection.gov.
