Thanks to all who replied. Charles is quite right - there is a sort of
subtext to this in that it may be that this is not so much a request for
personal data, more a means of getting at the content of minutes [of which
the subject did receive copies at the time, but that was some time ago.]
But I accept the general gist of the replies - that the minutes should be
made available.
