What should go in a Publication Scheme - the classes of information you
publish, how its published and charges (if any).
Format - I think the Info Commissioner is deciding on this but I think the
consensus (looking at the results of the consultation exercise) is that web
is fine but must be supported by paper system.
The PRO and other public authorities have produced pilot publication schemes
which may give you some ideas.
