See section 9.2 of the OIC's Legal advice, but I agree, £5,000 in a Mag.
Ct and unlimited at Crown court level. The DPA, s.60 certainly, makes no
reference to a custodial sentence. Hopefully I will be corrected if I'm
wrong!
