Colleagues,
Are any of you working in Universities and Colleges able to give advice/tips on how you went about looking at what information is held by staff in Departments, Faculties, Support Services etc for notification purposes? When we registered last time, we did an entire sweep of all employees. However, it may be better to target specific groups with more structured questions than to ask everyone what they have.
All advice gratefully received - offlist if you prefer.
If anyone is interested in the responses I will be happy to provide a summary.
