Where organisations have web cams which are transmitted over the internet
what fair obtaining rules should apply?
e.g. Showing people entering buildings, looking in windows, at work etc.
See:-
http://www.camcities.com/
http://www.camarades.com/
http://www.webcamcruiser.com/home.html
for some examples.
Given that where the data subject has caused the connection themselves, it
is with their own informed consent; But what is happening where an
organisation facilitates the web connection?
Is there a need to be explicit in signing such web cams, that images are
being broadcast live on the INTERNET and available worldwide?
