We do this within our Sections at present...and it is "presumed" with the
consent of all employees. No one has objected to the wall chart but I did
wonder about this. On the other hand, we can "pick-up" employees' calls if
they are away from the office and would probably say eg Joe Bloggs is off
sick/on annual leave etc. and would try and deal with the call on their
behalf...is there any difference...The wall chart we have does not state the
reason for illness.
Why not ask employees if they do object to the wall chart.
