I saw the same ad and wondered whether there should be an opt out, but
surely it is implicit in the nature of the offer and by virtue of
the DP notice, that they will pass on your details in order to comply
with your response to the promotion. Would it be sufficient if the
chance to opt out came once the Telegraph start "let[ting] you know
about any other Telegraph products, services or promotions which may be
of interest to you"
